Clean Water is Our Most Precious Resource was inspired by the Beaver Run Reservoir, which serves as the drinking water source for over 130,000 residents in Westmoreland and surrounding Counties. The flares in the background represent the nine conventional wells that were flared in early 2019 when a pressure incident at the Shaw Well Pad caused nine conventional wells to spike in pressure, leading to weeks of flaring.
