Proposed to support the increased power load to data centers, the Kammer-Juniata line would cut across 222 miles from the panhandle of West Virginia to Central Pennsylvania. The developers have petitioned the state to receive eminent domain to facilitate its construction, all while subsidizing its cost using our tax dollars and raising utility costs.
