Penn Twp Compressor Station Zoning Board Hearing (with Opportunity for Public Comment)

Hyperion and Olympus have proposed a shale gas compressor station in Penn Twp. People living around Compressor Stations tend to have higher rates of respiratory problems, and asthma especially in children, older adults and people with heart or lung disease. Compressor Stations during regular operation make noise comparable to 4 locomotive engines, and at times as loud as a jet engine. Worse, Hyperion and Olympus are planning to store radioactive fracking waste at this specific compressor station.

Come to the Penn Twp Zoning Board Hearing on June 13th 2024 at 7 pm at the Penn Twp Municipal Building to make sure your voice is heard. Tell the Zoning to protect our neighbors public health and not permit the site.
