About the Event

Mariner East is a dangerous liquified natural gas (wet gas) pipeline that is transporting ethane, propane and other materials to Marcus Hook to be shipped overseas to make plastics. This pipeline network consists of several pipelines welded together and runs through 17 counties in Pennsylvania. Many homes, schools, businesses, assisted-living facilities and other community centers are within the potential blast zone of Mariner East.

Join us July 16 @ noon for a live conversation with George Alexander, author of the DragonPipe Diary, about the safety issues surrounding Mariner East and what you can do within your local community to better protect yourself and your neighbors from this pipeline.
