Protect PT, Mountain Watershed Association and others comment on DEP permitting during COVID-19

Oil and gas operations have been deemed "essential" by the state and allowed to continue during the state lock down. However, the PA Department of Environmental Protection has not conducted any site inspections and has cut back on many protection measures.
